Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi‐judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. The Courts Group consists of Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College and the Judicial Commission.
About Jurisdiction Services
This role is within the Information Technology Services area of Jurisdiction Services (JS), CSV, which supports all Victorian courts and tribunals. JS provides a range of corporate support functions including human resources, finance, facilities, asset and contract management, planning and administration, business intelligence, communications, business review and improvement, technology, and transcription services.
About the Role
Join the ITS team to support Victoria's courts and tribunals through procurement, reporting, vendor management and business support.
Key Accountabilities
* Support purchasing and procurement processes across ITS
* Prepare reporting on vendor performance, operational data and costs
* Review purchase requisitions and ensure timely, compliant ordering
* Assist with tender documentation, evaluations and contract management
* Provide administrative support and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in procurement, purchasing and/or reporting
* Knowledge of government procurement processes
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills
* Vendor management and stakeholder engagement capability
