About the role
We are reshaping our Aged Care Services leadership team to hit the ground running for 2026 to achieve our vision of care for those we serve.
With new leaders across Residential, Clinical Quality, and Support at Home this pivotal role will join them reporting to our Executive Director Aged Care Services and will drive growth, robust data integrity and informed, evidence based strategic planning. Leading our business services and development teams this role builds performance, financial and operational achievement and long term, development, growth and sustainability.
About you
We are looking for someone special who not only identifies opportunities others may not see but seeks them out with a hunger for impacting long term success complimented with a solid foundation in data, measurable outcomes and organisational sustainability. Not only can you inspire people, you have the research, data and team to support them across budgeting, regulatory reporting and operational viability. The key skills you're looking to leverage in your next position include:
* Demonstrated success utilising operation data and measurement to deliver long term operationally viable growth
* Exception ability across business information analysis, integrity and management to drive decision making
* Experience in driving positive change management, building a resilient and performing team
* Ability to innovate, develop, design, plan resource and implement initiatives
* Extensive partnering, influencing and collaboration engaging and driving teams in achieving strategic outcomes
* Demonstrated understanding of sector regulatory and quality standards
* Excellence senior business operational skills, developing growth and long-term sustainability
* Key Personal Insolvency Clearance
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
