Good Intent Hotel is a well-established hospitality venue known for great food, drinks and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead our operations, drive performance and ensure an outstanding guest experience. About the Role As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel’s daily operations, staff performance, customer service, compliance and financial outcomes. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone with strong hospitality management experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including bar, bistro, gaming and functions Lead, train and supervise staff across all departments Prepare and manage staff rosters in line with business needs and budgets Recruit, train and develop staff to maintain high performance standards Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback and complaints professionally Monitor and control operational costs, wages and stock Manage purchasing, stock control and supplier relationships Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, gaming regulations, WHS and food safety standards Implement and monitor policies, procedures and operational systems Analyse financial performance and prepare reports for owners/management Develop strategies to increase revenue, sales and customer engagement Oversee marketing, promotions and local community engagement Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and safety of the venue About You Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Venue Manager or Senior Hospitality Manager Strong leadership and people management skills Sound knowledge of liquor licensing, gaming and WHS regulations Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage budgets, costs and profitability Flexible to work nights, weekends and public holidays Current RSA and RCG (where applicable) What We Offer Full-time secure position Competitive salary based on experience Supportive ownership and team environment Opportunity to grow with a reputable hospitality business Click “Apply for this job” to register your interest in this fulltime salaried position with a starting salary $76K - $82K (plus super)
