Roster Support Officer - Expression of InterestGold Coast Health is seeking expressions of interest from skilled professionals to join our Roster Support Officer Talent Pool.This is an opportunity to register your interest for upcoming temporary and casual rostering vacancies within our dynamic healthcare environment.As a Roster Support Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring effective workforce scheduling by:Managing rostering systems to ensure adequate staffing levelsLiaising with managers and employees to coordinate shift coverageAssisting with payroll processes related to rosteringMaintaining accurate workforce records and responding to rostering queriesAbout our teamRostering, Governance & System's has two (2) teams:Roster Maintenance:Roster Support Officers (RSO) provide support for the IWFM rostering solution, their roles are to support the nursing and midwifery cohort and apply a consistent approach across the business and ensure functions and timeframes are streamlined, which result in accurate pay outcomes.Roles within this team are day workers, generally working Monday – Friday business hours.Relief Management team:The Relief Management team provide an essential function in the day-to-day workforce management, by meeting service delivery demands and maintaining productivity by the replacement of employees who are unable to work scheduled shifts, such as unplanned leave or sourcing extra employees to manage an increase in workload. The Relief Management team assist Nursing Midwifery cohort to deliver this service.
