Fast paced and ever evolving, this role will see you accountable for the Micro and Macro space allocations in Sigma branded pharmacies.

The Opportunity
Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Space Planning Manager, for developing & executing industry leading consumer-based Floorplans for Sigma customers, utilising quantifiable analysis & store planning principles that maximises compliance & enhances commercial outcomes.
Through a consultation process with internal stakeholders ensuring the Merchandise strategy is delivered to support sales growth & provide a ROI for Sigma, suppliers & customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain a suite of store blueprints which reflect the latest business strategies for all retail formats
* Assign required planograms based upon available space
* Point of contact for Sigma field team and store queries and planograms
* Capture and manage changes to store layouts as requested by store and field teams to ensure accurate information and execution
What we are looking for:
* Proven macro space experience within the FMCG or Pharmacy/healthcare industries.
* Demonstrated experience, with floor planning software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Advanced excel skills
* Proven ability to interpret and draw insights from data, providing recommendations on space allocations.
* A track record in demonstrating stakeholder management and strong influencing skills.
* Proven ability to implement new processes to improve efficiencies & effectiveness.
* Ability to manage projects from conception to delivery.
