THE COMPANY:

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Our client is looking for an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales and business growth focused in the Melbourne Metro. In this role, you will:
* Represent a portfolio of innovative surgical solutions across various specialty areas in surgery
* Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, theatre teams, procurement professionals, and hospital executives to support sales growth
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic sales initiatives and achieve business objectives
* Provide clinical education and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring best practices in product usage
ABOUT YOU:
* Bachelor's Degree, highly preferred
* At least 3 years of proven success in medical sales, ideally within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare solutions
* Confidence in engaging surgical teams within the operating theatre environment
* Driven, coachable, and resilient – you thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture and bounce back from setbacks with focus
* Strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a results-driven mindset
* Background in Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
* Highly organised and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
