Nursing Opportunity in Townsville
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team in Townsville. This role focuses on supporting individuals as they transition from hospital to home or residential care.
* Deliver person-centred care plans tailored to each individual's recovery goals.
* Provide expert wound assessment, dressing, and management to ensure optimal healing outcomes.
* Collaborate with allied health professionals, families, and hospital discharge teams to coordinate services and develop therapeutic care plans.
* Monitor clinical progress and maintain accurate documentation in line with best practice.

Role Requirements
1. Diploma in nursing.
2. AHPRA registration to practice as a nurse in Australia.
3. Current nationally recognised first aid and CPR certificates (or ability to obtain).
4. Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain).
5. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain).
6. NDIS Worker Orientation Module
