Your Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our Personal Health team based in Melbourne. As the Key Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for high-value strategic accounts across electronic and specialty retailers driving significant sales growth, profitability and customer loyalty.

You are responsible to

* Cultivate, maintain and improve senior-level relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Lead the development and implementation of innovative, bespoke solutions for customers, coordinating with global and local cross-functional teams to meet diverse and complex needs, enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Conduct in-depth market intelligence and competitive analysis, identifying macro trends, opportunities, and risks to inform high-level strategic planning and decision-making for business growth.
* Spearhead the formulation and execution of advanced, multi-year commercial strategies, including high-impact distribution and promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence.
* Participate in critical, high-value customer negotiations, securing strategic agreements that drive mutual value creation and align with long-term business goals for sustained growth.
* Deliver compelling presentations to senior level audiences, articulating complex value propositions and solutions driving customer buy-in.
* Monitors, evaluates, and continuously improves sales performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer engagement, satisfaction, and overall business outcomes.
* Lead transformational improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

You're the right fit if:

* Ideally you will hold a completed degree (Commerce / Business / Marketing) and come with experience in a similar brand or ole from either consumer electrical goods, specialty retails and or healthcare domain.
* Proven experience in driving business growth through strategic sales forecasting, developing proposals, and implementing effective sales strategies as well as working with E retailers.
* Expertise in conducting market research, analysing data, and utilizing commercial insights to inform strategic business decisions.
* Strong background in managing accounts and customer relationships, employing CRM systems, and developing tailored strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
* Demonstrated ability in monitoring KPIs, engaging in continuous improvement initiatives, and managing stakeholder relationships to achieve optimal business outcomes.
