Workforce Specialist
Job Description:
As a key member of our global team, the successful Workforce Specialist will be responsible for implementing and supporting the ADP GlobalView solution to achieve departmental KPIs through consulting and implementation services to clients. They will work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure the successful provision of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct workshops to gather client requirements.
* Design and document solutions including business requirements and interface specifications.
* Configure systems as designed and collaborate with other teams to deliver and test.
* Address issues and gaps between client requirements and ADP products.
* Guide clients on testing activities and support them through User Acceptance, Parallel Testing, and Go-Live phases.
* Support training delivery and data migration activities like cleansing, mapping, and conversion.
* Ensure handover to client services following ADP methodology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong experience in implementing UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions.
* Demonstrated experience in an Implementation Lead role.
* Experience working on global projects and strong knowledge of Payroll, Human Resources or Time Management systems.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
* Ability to conduct training sessions and work independently or in a team environment.
