Clinic Administration Officer / Medical Screener

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you\'ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic while delivering an outstanding experience for our clients and patients. This is a varied and rewarding position that combines administration, customer service, and hands-on health screening responsibilities, making every day different. Key Responsibilities

Providing professional reception and administrative support Coordinating and processing medical bookings Managing medical results and related documentation Assisting clients with health questionnaires Conducting preliminary medical assessments Collecting specimens and supervising Drug & Alcohol Testing Performing audiometry and spirometry testing Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and visitors About You

We\'re looking for someone who is: Highly organised with strong administrative skills A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities Customer-focused and passionate about delivering quality service Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Able to manage competing priorities in a busy clinic environment Professional, reliable, and a strong team player Previous experience in a medical, clinical, healthcare administration, or reception role will be highly regarded; however, comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
