The role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Café, including front and back of house, staff management, menu planning, stock management and purchasing, budget management, quality food preparation planning and service, and adherence to food safety standards.With access to Hillwood Berries' sensational range of berries and our 'pick your own' field, the Café menu has incredible opportunities.
Hillwood Berries is strongly connected with our local food community and provides many opportunities to support and sell local producers.
You will be responsible for advertising and marketing the Farmgate Café.
