Your role at St John of God Geelong Hospital
In this role you will efficiently deliver a broad range of clerical duties, using established processes to provide support to the multidisciplinary CR&Q team. The primary duties will include coordination of diaries and committee meetings and data processing.
The Position
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CR&Q team at the direction of the CR&Q Manager.
* Maintain diaries and appointments/schedules.
* Support the team with the annual requirements of ACHS accreditation.
* Executes all duties in accordance with the Privacy Legislation requirements.
* Participates in the development, execution and achievement of the Quality Risk and Improvement Plan.
* Demonstrates appropriate financial stewardship by effective and efficient use of supplies and time.
* Records any maintenance needs in the Oracle Records System.
* Manages Director of Medical Services schedule and committees.
* Contributes to and is involved in Quality Activities.
* Participates in mechanisms to determine and evaluate the quality of care being delivered to patients.
* Co-operates in the data collection for hospital-wide Quality Activity projects.
* Ensures that the needs of the customer, both internal and external, receive the highest priority, that there is alignment between customer and supplier and that the objective is to exceed the customer's expectations.
* The collection and processing of data for hospital wide initiatives/projects,
* Secretarial duties including the collation of reports, agendas and minutes of meetings.
You will have a minimum of three years clerical experience and demonstrated efficient, professional verbal and written communication skills. Ideally you will have some experience or exposure to a health care environment.
To succeed in this role, you will have proven organisational and planning skills. You will demonstrate initiative in managing your tasks and have exemplary customer service approach.

* Salary: $57,859 to $59,522 per annum (pro rata for part-time) plus 12% superannuation
* Permanent part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week
