This is a rare opportunity for an experienced recruitment leader to build, lead, and grow our Melbourne business with full autonomy and national support. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow the Melbourne office, overseeing all recruitment activity and strategic growth. Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a tight-knit, high-performance culture. Hands-on recruitment across an initially Construction, Architecture and Design & Energy Grow the business further from 2026 into Real Estate – Property & Property Development Full P&L ownership, driving profitability and business success. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with a strong focus on business development. Collaborate with our CEO and GM to align national objectives and receive expert mentoring and support. What We’re Looking For: Proven recruitment experience, ideally within Construction, Architecture & Design - Real Estate, Property, or a related professional sector. A natural leader with previous experience managing and growing a recruitment team. Commercial acumen and the ability to take full ownership of a P&L. Someone who is ambitious, competitive, resilient, and motivated by success. A connector – you understand how to build trust with clients, influence outcomes, and deliver results.
