This role is perfect for those passionate about hospitality, skilled in bartending and eager to provide exceptional service in a quick-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional food and beverage service, focusing on bar operations and general dining areas
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills
Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas
Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
Must be flexible as we have various shifts available

More About You
Previous experience in food and beverage roles in a fast-paced environment
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
Approved Managers Card (Team Leader position only)
Food Safety Certificate
Skilled in bar operations, including cocktail preparation
Well versed in coffee making or with barista experience
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experience
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
