McLaren Vale Bottlers is located on the Serafino Wines estate in McLaren Vale. We are seeking an experienced Packaging Line Operator to become a vital part of our team.
The Packaging Line Operator will assist in the process of packing finished products by carrying out day to day activities within the Packaging and Warehousing areas.
This position may also be called upon to complete other tasks in line with the business objectives as reasonably directed by their Manager/Supervisor.
Key Functions
Operation of specialist bottling/packaging plant and equipment such as;
* Pre-bottling filtration
* Depalletiser
* Rinser
* Filler (including Sanitisation/Sterilisation and clean-in-place)
* Screw Cap (BVS)
* Printer
* Labeller
* Carton Erector
* Top Sealer
* Print and Apply
* Carton Coding
* Palletiser
* Bottle and Carton Conveyor System
Specific Tasks
The ideal candidate will understand the individual roles, key features and components of specialist wine bottling/packaging plant and equipment and able to perform set up and start up processes of plant and equipment including the stages and changes which occur during its operation.
