Job Description

About you

A dynamic leader who can blend enthusiasm with expertise to create an unforgettable guest experience. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and curating a menu that delights and drives revenue. You'll inspire and motivate your team while optimising business strategies and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What you will be doing?

1. Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
2. Supervise and delegate duties; ensure brand standards are maintained.
3. Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.

Your experience and skills include:

1. Experience with local market knowledge in the hospitality industry.
2. Passion, interest and confidence in food & beverage with a focus on locally sourced product, ensuring quality and consistency of our offering.
3. A commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
4. Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams; your lead by example approach will be infectious.
5. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
6. A high standard of grooming and presentation.
7. The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings (if required) and on weekends.

Our Hotel

The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel recently opened on 1 July 2024.

The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, is located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport.
