Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Centre Director to lead our premium early learning service. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality, inclusive and nurturing early learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the centre, including staff management, curriculum development and regulatory compliance
* Evaluate programs to ensure they align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Foster a positive team environment that supports educator professional growth
* Nurture relationships with families, community members and regulatory bodies through open communication channels
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree Requirements: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience as a leader within the early learning sector,.
