We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team based in Gregory Hills.
In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver a comprehensive range of marketing initiatives that support and contribute to the annual marketing and business plan for 4K Automotive HQ and our BMW dealership sites.
This position is primarily based in Gregory Hills, with occasional travel to our Macarthur BMW (Narellan) and South Coast BMW (Wollongong) dealerships as required.
What You'll Do
* Support the planning and execution of BMW and Motorrad marketing campaigns
* Brief creative assets and manage brand approvals
* Coordinate social media content and website updates across 4K HQ, BMW & Motorrad
* Create and schedule EDMs and manage monthly communications
* Assist with event and sponsorship coordination, including attendance
* Support customer experience activities including Google reviews and social engagement
* Help prepare manufacturer submissions and marketing reports
* Process supplier invoices and assist with budget tracking
* Maintain marketing processes and update the 4K Marketing Dashboard
* Monitor dealership marketing inboxes
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing or communications role
* Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including Canva, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft 365
* Confident in coordinating with management and key stakeholders across the business
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* A proactive, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
