You’ll be the heartbeat of the operation—leading a team of 20 onsite staff, shaping unforgettable guest journeys, and upholding the highest standards of service, sustainability, and hospitality. What You’ll Be Doing: Curating magical experiences through collaboration with guides, chefs, and staff. Leading and mentoring a close-knit team to consistently exceed guest expectations. Overseeing all day-to-day operations—hospitality, logistics, guest services, and budgets. Collaborating with the Head Chef on local, culturally rich dining experiences. Driving innovation, profitability, and sustainability with every decision. Being the warm, professional face of the lodge—hosting, storytelling, and problem-solving. Managing site safety, maintenance, staff development, and strategic planning.
