Job Overview
We are seeking a Fertiliser Operations Specialist to support our upcoming peak period in Esperance.
This role involves establishing and operating the site to receive, maintain and outload fertiliser. You will work across various functions, focusing on quality assurance, task assignment and recommending improvements to operating processes.
* Ensure optimum utilisation of data input into our system
* Communicate with transporters on operating procedures
* Raise and resolve maintenance inspections and repairs
* Ensure compliance with safety standards for all site functions
* Support internal/external audit requirements and compliance tasks
About You
We are looking for individuals with experience in storage and handling of bulk products. Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is also required.
Demonstrated understanding of safety awareness and competency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry are essential. Forklift and Front End Loader tickets are desirable.
