Job Title: Senior Peer Worker
As a Senior Peer Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting consumers in an acute inpatient setting by connecting with them through your lived experience of mental illness/distress and recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the recovery journeys of consumers by utilising your lived experience to create a safe and non-judgmental space for open discussion and collaboration.
* Connect consumers with their local community to reduce the risk of re-admission to acute services and promote long-term recovery outcomes.
* Work within a supportive multidisciplinary setting alongside a growing team of experienced peer workers who share a passion for delivering high-quality services.
