Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

The organization is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join the experienced Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting the Financial Controller and contributing to the financial operations of the resort.

* Assist the Financial Controller by increasing flexibility within the Finance Department.
* Process hotel payrolls, maintain payroll records, resolve staff queries, prepare payroll reports and analyze data.
* Be responsible for the resort's financial functions, including processing supplier invoices, supplier payment processing and reconciliations, and other end-of-month requirements.
* Accurately record and manage all creditors.
