**About the role**
Working collaboratively with the Property Services Maintenance Team and Contractors/Suppliers, as the Maintenance Supervisor Aged Care Services, you will ensure our Aged Care facilities through a dedicated maintenance team are maintained in to a high standard and all Work Health and Safety issues are addressed promptly in line with the Aged Care Commission Quality Standards. You are required to support Managers to effectively prioritise work schedules and contribute to the quality service provided by our team.
**What will you be doing?**
Your duties will include, but not be limited to ensuring Age Care Facilities are maintained to a high standard (in line with the Aged Care Commission Quality Standards) undertake end-to-end management of capital works, provide ongoing after-hours maintenance service, provide ongoing supervision and inspections, plan and develop work schedules and provide timely response to Aged Care contractual and maintenance issues.
**About You**
You will demonstrate a positive and professional "can-do" attitude and will be known for your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. You will be a team player and have a robust customer service focus. You must possess a relevant Trade/Building qualifications or equivalent building trade experience (minimum of 5years). Previous experience leading and coaching maintenance teams in a clinic context will be a great advantage.
