The Prospect :
We are looking for a energetic coordinator to join our vibrant Heavy Truck team at our Hornsby head office. The role is focused on the OMEGA materials handling line, which is manufactured onsite in Hornsby.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the OMEGA + Terberg teams to fulfill administrative processes for equipment sales.
Coordinate order processing, transport coordination, CRM maintenance.
Consult with sales reps and customers, administer contracts, and provide general administrative support to management.
Contribute to the ongoing success of an Australian Equipment manufacturer.
Our flat team structure and focus on teamwork mean you'll gain insights into various aspects of the industry, working closely with management, service teams, and customers. You'll also get firsthand experience with industry-leading systems like Salesforce CRM.

What We Are Looking For :
We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and well-presented individual with a professional approach. While forklift industry experience is a plus, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic workplace, have strong problem-solving skills, and have a keen customer focus. Additionally, you should have :
Experience in administrative roles
Ability in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications.
Strong attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Confidence with numbers and arithmetic
