About The Role
An opportunity has arisen to appoint a Full Time Equipment Coordinator to join our small and experienced team located in Welshpool. Servicing the WA market, and reporting to the State Equipment Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Providing superior customer service to both new and existing customers regarding general enquiries
* Preparation of quotes and following up of leads
* Diary management and allocation of jobs
* Building and maintaining relationships with key account customers
* Liaising with suppliers and having an awareness of stock levels
* General Administration support to a small team

About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong organisation and prioritisation skills, in addition to:
* Computer literacy and a good command of the MS office suite
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* The ability to foster and grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Proactive and driven
* A solid understanding of logistics and Western Australian geography
