What You’ll Be Doing
As a Service Administrator, you will:
* Manage job bookings, open and close work orders, and allocate parts and timesheets accurately
* Prepare and process invoices for internal and external customers in a timely manner
* Support the service team with scheduling, customer communication, and warranty follow-ups
* Maintain accurate service records, files, and customer profiles
* Provide general admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the service department
* Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
* Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking for the Following Skills:
* Strong computer and admin skills, with experience in service processes and systems
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Great organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong customer service focus and a professional approach
* Basic understanding of mechanical or technical terms preferred
* Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
* A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives result
