What will I be doing?
* Administer all group bedroom bookings in line with group reservations procedures
* Maximise room sales and revenue while managing availability and rates
* Maintain high levels of customer service
* Liaise with clients, including site inspections, sales calls and group check‐ins
* Accurately input and maintain rates, segment codes, packages, and group details
* Follow up on offers, options, cancellations, and declined business
* Ensure data security, credit compliance, and system accuracy
* Support the GC&E Manager by tracking business trends and occupancy impacts
* Work collaboratively within the team, assisting colleagues as required
What we're looking for
As a Groups Administrator supporting Hilton‐branded hotels and vacation properties, you'll play a key role in delivering smooth, professional service for our Guests while working collaboratively with internal teams. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* Strong organisational and administrative skills with a high level of accuracy
* A positive, customer‐focused attitude and effective communication skills
* A genuine commitment to delivering a high standard of service
* Confidence handling telephone and written enquiries
* Strong computer skills and the ability to work across multiple systems
* Professional presentation aligned with Hilton brand standards
The following would be advantageous:
* Experience using hotel property management or reservations systems
* Previous experience in a reservations, groups, or hotel administrative role
* A qualification in business, hospitality, or a related discipline
