About the RoleAs part of our newly established Operational Excellence function, we are recruiting an Operational Excellence Manager to act as the state lead for execution and performance uplift across our WA/SA retail network.
This is a field-based leadership role where you will partner closely with Regional Managers, State Directors and Store Leaders to strengthen operational discipline, enable consistent execution and remove parries impacting store performance across all EssilorLuxottica retail brands, including OPSM, Sunglass Hut, Oakley, Ray-Ban and Laubman & Pank.
Success in this role is defined by measurable operational uplift ensuring priorities land in stores, actions are followed through, and teams are supported to deliver at the highest standard.
This is a fully field-based role involving daily store engagement and travel across your state/region.
