The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to start or continue your career in administration? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join us as a Finance Administrator in our Business Advisory Services Team.

The Role:
As the Finance Administrator, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting day-to-day operations and helping to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to our clients and internal team. The role will give you with unique experiences by working on a diverse range of clients

Responsibilities are including, but not limited to:
Assisting our clients:

- Managing and filing of account inboxes
- Assistance with bill processing and invoicing
- Completing monthly compliance activities such as preparation of activity statements and superannuation processing
- Payroll processing

Assisting our internal Business Advisory team:

- Attending both internal and client meetings to capture notes and/or minutes
- Proactively understanding the key responsibilities of the team, creating the ability to provide coverage where needed for absences
- Sourcing key information for the team and distributing where applicable
- Assisting with new client proposals
- Liaising with our offshore teams

Key Requirements:

- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
- Accounting Software knowledge is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer software skills (Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred)
