* Onsite free Staff Parking based at Yennora
Epson is a world leader in printer and projector technology, with leading positions in a number of market segments in Australia. We have ambitious future plans and have invested in a brand new Distribution and Customer Support Centre to prepare for future growth based in Yennora. To help us, we now need a new member in our Customer Service team.
The role reports to the Service and Support Manager and duties include:
* Plan, schedule and execute printer solution installations in accordance with agreed customer and business requirements.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure all information pertaining to an installation is accurately documented and received – ie: Order, Pre-Installation and Delivery paperwork.
* Provide input when required in response to tender and new business opportunities, including Customer Service SLA's – service network coverage, response times, obtaining quotations from third party companies.
* Create and maintain accurate project documentation to manage and track key milestones
* Follow up with customers and key stakeholders upon installation completion to confirm satisfaction and promptly address any post installation concerns.
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
* +3 years experience in an installation coordination role.
* Experience in a project administration is highly valued.
* Experience in the customer service/printing industry is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to effectively negotiate and proactively problem solve.
* Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build solid working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project).
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MMS-Project) is advantageous.
* Knowledge and understanding of managed print services (MPS) environments is advantageous.
Full training on our product range and internal systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
