Role Overview
Geriatrician - Telehealth opportunity - Sydney. The role involves providing regular telehealth services in nursing homes. The schedule is managed and you will receive full support from your own nurse at the patient end. Tasks are similar to a hospital ward round, conducted virtually, including writing progress notes and managing acute issues during the virtual rounds. Our team provides all software, support, and training needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide regular telehealth services in nursing homes with remote support from on-site nursing staff
- Conduct virtual ward rounds, write progress notes, and manage acute issues
- Utilise supplied software, training, and scheduling provided by Access Telehealth
Requirements / commitments
- Minimum commitment of 3+ hours per week with flexibility
- Remote work option with supportive remote infrastructure
- Full software, support, and training provided
