Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven track record of success in software sales to industrial clients within Australia & New Zealand (CPG, FMCG, Beverages).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Expertise in production optimization or OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
* Ability to develop recent clients and build and nurture existing relationships.
* A self‑starter with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
* Full proficiency in the English language.
