Newly created role to strengthen and elevate governance, compliance and risk in a not-for-profit organisation with deep roots in the community.
In this role you will:
* Work across governance, risk, compliance and quality, to ensure Intereach meets its regulatory and contractual obligations
* Support a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with operational leaders and embedded Quality Advisors to implement the Intereach Governance Framework, Risk Management Framework, and Quality & Assurance Framework

This is a permanent full-time position, based in any of our offices across regional NSW and Victoria.
The role is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award Level 5, with an annual starting salary of $100,776 plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits.
About You
If you're someone who enjoys connecting the dots between governance frameworks, real-world practice and organisational improvement — this role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference across a large regional not-for-profit.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Business / Bachelor of Commence or similar bachelor's degree) and demonstrated experience of a minimum 5 years of experience in corporate governance, quality management or risk management with a sound understanding of social services standards.
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills to facilitate, interaction, trust, inclusion, and a supportive and collaborative environment.
* The ability to build and maintain strong and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
* High level of demonstrated experience maintaining accurate records and producing reports from a Quality Management system
