Operating across large‐scale commercial, mixed‐use, health, education, infrastructure and government projects valued from $200M to $2B, they are renowned for their collaborative delivery approach, strong client relationships and long‐standing reputation for quality. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their accomplished commercial team.
The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will play a key role in the financial and contractual management of major commercial construction projects from procurement through to final accounts. This position will suit a commercially astute Senior CA who enjoys working on complex, high‐value projects in a collaborative and well‐supported environment.

Your Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
* Previous experience as a Senior Contract Administrator within commercial construction
* Proven experience delivering projects valued $50M+
* Strong knowledge of commercial building contracts and procurement
* Experience working across D&C and ECI projects highly regarded
* Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
