Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Training Developer to design and develop high-quality training content for complex information systems.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with technical teams to create user-focused learning experiences.
You will be responsible for producing engaging training content for operators, maintainers, and managers, as well as developing a framework that ensures all training remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with ongoing product development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain training materials across multiple systems and user groups.
* Align training delivery with system release cycles using Agile methodologies.
* Collaborate with engineers, developers, and writers to translate technical content into accessible training.
* Establish and manage a governance framework for training lifecycle management.
* Produce content to industry standards.
* Engage with external bodies to ensure broader training alignment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Cert IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent experience.
* Diploma or higher in ICT or related discipline.
* Proven experience in technical training development within complex environments.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts.
* Must hold a security clearance (Australian citizen).
