Astech Electrical Services are looking for an experienced and organized accounts/admin support person to assist our growing team. This is a flexible part‐time role working approximately 1 day per week, with the option to work from home and occasional attendance at our Morisset office when required.
Role Includes
* Chasing outstanding invoice payments
* Invoice reconciliations
* Assisting with general admin/accounts tasks
* General office support when required
Essential Experience
* Previous accounts/admin experience
* Experience using Xero
* Experience with Simpro or AroFlo
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently
