Overview
ACM Processing (ACM) is an established Dairy Food Manufacturing business located in Girgarre in Northern Victoria. Previous manufacturing and/or dairy operative production experience is preferred, but not essential as full on-job training will be provided. ACM currently has multiple Casual Dairy Operative roles available within our plant. Applicants must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with paid shift penalty rates applicable.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with all factory departments to ensure total co-operation.
* Basic plant/machine operation (including set up & dismantling for cleaning).
* Take samples and perform all required process control testing.
* Data collection and record keeping (log sheets).
* Manual cleaning and operation of CIP.
* Responsible for all Quality requirements.
* Compliance with all SOPs, GMP and Safety Requirements.
* A willingness to learn and strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
A current forklift license would be preferred, but not essential.
