Da Orazio Bondi, 1 HAT Italian restaurant and pizzeria, is looking for a talented pizza chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the pizza kitchen, overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our signature pizzas.
* Create and develop innovative pizza recipes that showcase the flavours and quality ingredients.
* Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Pizza Chef, with expertise in working with wood-fired ovens.
* Deep understanding of pizza dough preparation.
* Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.
