**About the role**:
- Coordinate reference checks, background checks and employment contracts
- Collaborate with the Centre Managers to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for all new employees
- Manage relationships with external providers to assist with talent pool
- Provide regular reports and feedback on recruitment activities and outcomes
- Assist with company Traineeship program
**About you**:
- Minimum 2-years' experience working in a recruitment/talent acquisition role
- Demonstrated knowledge of different recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- Intermediate level or above proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior work experience from a related field will be highly regarded
