What Youll Be Doing
* Leading structural builds, installations, and upgrade projects
* Managing work across QLD, NSW, and TAS
* Overseeing scheduling, procurement, costing, and contractors
* Strengthening planning, structure, and delivery discipline
* Driving safety, compliance, documentation, and audits
* Supporting and leading crews on the ground
* Collaborating with design, operations, and senior leaders
* Bringing calm solutions-focused leadership to daily challenges
Travel is approx. 12 trips per month most work is Brisbane-based.
What You Bring
* Strong hands-on pathway: tools leading hand PM / construction lead
* Experience in steel structures, industrial installations, modular/prefab, large signage, sheds, or telecom tower builds
* Credibility with trades and contractors
* Commercial awareness and strong planning discipline
* Clear communication with both SLT and field teams
* A steady, practical leadership style
* A desire for a role with purpose and progression

Qualifications
Trade qualification in carpentry or related discipline
Certificate IV or Diploma in Building & Construction
Site leadership experience (leading hand, foreman, supervisor, PM)
Proven experience delivering structural, steel, industrial, or installation-based projects
Strong understanding of construction safety, compliance, and site management
QBCC Supervisor licence ideal but
not essential
High-risk licences such as Working at Heights or EWP desirable
Proficiency in construction planning, scheduling, and contractor coordination
