Your Responsibilities
* Accurately batch concrete materials to meet mix designs and customer needs.
* Operate computerized batching systems to ensure precision in every load.
* Monitor production quality and make adjustments to maintain top standards.
* Conduct quality control checks on raw materials and finished products.
* Coordinate with delivery teams for on-time and accurate dispatch.
* Keep detailed records of mixes, quantities, and schedules.
* Work closely with maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
* Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
* Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving materials.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Concrete Batcher or in a related construction role.
* Strong understanding of mix designs, batching processes, and materials.
* Confidence using computerized batching systems and related software.
* Great with numbers and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
* Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transport, and a Construction White Card.
Preferred
* Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical, police check, and drug/alcohol screening if required.
* Loader Ticket with Loader Operating Experience
