About the role
We are looking for an Educational Leader who leads with both heart and purpose.
Someone who brings warmth, passion, and a genuine love for early childhood education whilst inspiring others through their presence, professionalism, and commitment to quality outcomes.
In this role, you will:
Support, mentor, and guide educators to deliver meaningful, child-led learning experiences
Be a visible and approachable leader, spending time on the floor to model best practiceCollaborate openly with your leadership team to maintain shared vision and consistency
Reflect, listen, and continuously seek ways to grow and improve practice
Celebrate your team's achievements and nurture a positive, empowering culture
While this is a non-contact role, we value leaders who stay connected and those who don't just lead from the office, but from within the heart of the centre.

You bring:
A deep respect for children as capable, competent learners
Experience as an Educational Leader, inspiring and supporting a team
A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved qualification), or are actively working towards it
