Document Controller / Project Support Officer

Responsibilities
* Managing project documentation and document control processes to support the successful delivery of engineering and technology projects.
* Receive, upload and download documents to client portals and document management systems.
* Ensure document traceability and compliance with procedures and client requirements.
* Supporting project teams through the coordination of documentation, reporting, and administrative activities.
Qualifications
* Minimum three (3) years' experience in a Document Control role within Engineering, Mining, Construction, or EPCM environments.
* Demonstrated experience managing technical documentation, drawing registers, document revisions, and document management systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Experience with document management systems such as M‐Files, Aconex, SharePoint, Coreworx, or similar platforms will be highly regarded.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
