About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Land Lease Sales Consultant to join our Vantage team based at our newest community, Vantage Logan Reserve.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Skills And Experience
A proven track record of sales success in either the land lease or retirement living sectors is preferred. Your ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders is key. You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a professional multi-functional team.
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
* Previous experience selling land lease communities and an understanding of legislation governing the sector
* A passion for customer experience and creating vibrant community
* Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
* Energy, passion and a willingness to attend customer events and nurture customers across the sales journey
* Ability to network effectively
* Strong negotiation skills
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
* Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
* Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce)
* Solutions focused approach to problem solving
* Sound financial acumen
To be eligible for this role you must be able to work 5 days per week including Saturdays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required. A current QLD Real Estate Licence is essential along with a valid QLD Driver's license.
