Job Title: Hr Advisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with site leadership team to provide proactive and customer-focused HR/IR services.
* Effectively handle all walk-ins/call-ins to HR, addressing all HR issues in line with company policies and procedures.
* Lead all HR-related processes and initiatives for the site, including annual performance processes, talent mapping, succession planning, and other HR-related projects.
* Support managers to proactively develop and implement communication, cultural, and employee engagement improvement initiatives.
* Partner with cost center managers to manage labor costs effectively.
* Provide IR advice to site/departments and line management, maintain a working knowledge of relevant legislation, and interpret industrial instruments such as EBA's, modern awards, and contracts of employment.
* Pro-actively advise and assist recruiting managers to ensure the integrity of the employer brand is maintained or improved.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in HR/Business.
* 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a standalone HR role, manufacturing, blue-collar, dairy industry experience.
* Proven track record of supporting or managing EA negotiations, union negotiations, and dispute resolution.
