About the Role
We're looking for skilled and reliable Concrete Finishers and Concrete Patchers to join our growing team. You'll be working on a variety of residential, commercial, and civil projects, delivering high-quality finishes and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Concrete Finishers:
* Screeding, floating, and troweling concrete surfaces
* Applying finishes (smooth, broom, exposed aggregate, etc.)
* Setting up formwork and ensuring proper levels and alignment
* Monitoring curing process and applying sealants where required
Concrete Patchers:
* Repairing cracks, chips, and surface defects
* Surface preparation including grinding and cleaning
* Applying patching compounds and coatings
* Matching textures and finishes to existing concrete
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in concrete finishing or patching
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Ability to read plans and follow specifications
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors
* White Card (or equivalent) required
* Driver's licence and own transport preferred
