Due to the proximity of our centres, you will be responsible for solving the talent challenges for a “hub” of centres across a variety of roles and employment types.Key Requirements:Strategically source quality candidates through a variety of channelsAssess, and select suitable candidates to progress to interviewCoach, guide, negotiate and influence candidates through the recruitment processReport on recruitment analytics on a frequent and regular basisBuild strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrategically manage talent pipelines and pools.About you?You’re a motivated and results-driven professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
