About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide support to multiple clients across two SIL homes in Highfields.
Our clients require assistance with personal care, manual handling, medication administration, domestic tasks, and community access. Support needs vary and include intellectual and physical disabilities, mobility challenges, and communication support. Client interests range from music and movies to games and reading, as well as time in the community and sensory activities. The goal of each individual is to maintain independence, develop daily living skills, strengthen connections within their community and family, and enhance overall quality of life through consistent person-centered care.
Shifts – Our support workers assist a variety of clients across flexible shifts, including day shifts, sleepovers, active nights, and weekends.
