Civil Construction Trainer and Assessor – Perth
Note that this role requires a high degree of mobility, as training can be delivered off-campus at client locations

The Role:
The position is full-time however, we are open to discussion regarding a roster that suits you.
We have a range of days available for teaching between 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Weekend work may also be available.

Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines with excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrate solid experience as a Trainer/ Assessor and hold current industry skills
Requirements
Hold a Cert IV TAE (and upgrade units if required)
Demonstrated workplace experience within a relevant industry sector
Be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check Card and a Police Check
You will need to be an Australian Resident
Must hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and relevant training & assessment services (combined theory and practical activities)
Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meet ASQA/ RTO Standards and other applicable regulatory requirements
Supervise students' behaviours and provide engaging and motivating training
Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
Perform other general duties as required
