About you
You’re a qualified early childhood professional (Diploma in Children’s Services or related) with a strong foundation in the Education & Care Services National Law (WA) Act 2012, Regulations, and the National Quality Framework. Your awareness of current trends in early years education means you bring best-practice approaches into the room.
You maintain up-to-date knowledge of Child Protection legislation and understand its real-world implications for ensuring children’s safety and wellbeing. You have hands-on experience with Early Years services, including Long Day Care and OSHC, and you confidently implement health, hygiene, and nutrition programs tailored to children’s needs.
Your understanding of every stage of development—physical, emotional, cognitive, social, and cultural—is well developed, and you skilfully design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and experiences that support these stages.
You show a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and stay current with sector developments, policies, and frameworks. You work seamlessly within organisational policies, consistently reflecting our values in your daily practice.
